I'm honored to be nominated the monitor for today's debating contes
The topic for our debate today is ......
First please let me introduce the contestants of both sides. Those on the pros are XXX, XXX, XXX, and XXX. Those on the cons are XXX, XXX, XXX, and XXX. As everybody is ready now, here starts the debate. Now give us … debate.
That people should never be satisfied with what they have and should always strive for something new and different seems to be a propensity inherent in human nature.
3~Good morning/afternoon/evening ladies and gentleman(or
students),contestants and adjudicators(裁判).Today we are debating the topic (報一下辯論題目) On the affirmative side we have (報一下正方參賽者的順序),and on the negative side we have (反方參賽者的順序).
