教學內容：
四年級下冊第五單元第一課時
教學目標：
1.能夠聽、說、認讀本課時的主要單詞：colourful，pretty，cheap，expensive。
2.能夠運用句子“It’s colourful／pretty／cheap／expensive．”等來評價衣服的顏色、款式及價格。
3.學生能夠說唱Let’s chant部分的歌謠。
4.能夠在小組中運用所學語言，在相應的情景下進行表達與交流。
教學重點：
掌握評價衣服顏色、款式及價格的四個單詞。
教學難點：
1.單詞“expensive”的發音。
2.運用所學句型正確評價衣物。
教學過程：
一、Preparation
1.師生共同拍手說唱Unit 3 B Let’s chant。
My shirt is red.My jacket is blue.….
2. Free talk:
(1)複習數字：How old are you?How many people are there in your family?
(2)複習衣服及顏色：What’s the weather like today?Is it cool?
T:No,it’s warm.I’m wearing my white shirt and brown pants.What about you?
S:I’m wearing….（教師可根據當天的實際情況替換劃線部分的單詞。）
二、Presentation
A.單詞匯入
1.教學單詞：colourful,pretty,cheap,expensive
(1)教授“colourful,pretty”並運用其對衣物進行描述。
①呈現一件色彩豐富的連衣裙，標價￥20，教師問學生：
T:What’s this?
S:It is a dress.
教師指著連衣裙上不同的色彩問學生：
T:What colour is it?
S1:It’s yellow.
S2:It’s red.
S3:It’s pink.
S4:It’s green.
T:Wow,it has so many colours. It’s colourful.
教讀colourful，並分解領讀colour-ful-colourful。
有節奏地用升降調朗讀：Colourful,colourful,.It’s colourful.
②教師接著出示一件非常漂亮的黑色襯衫，標價98元，教師問學生：
T:Is it colourful?
Ss:No,it isn’t.It’s black.
T:Yes,you are right.It’s only a black shirt.So it’s not colourful.
T:Is it beautiful?
Ss:Yes,it’s very beautiful.
T:Yes.It’s very pretty.（緩慢重複兩遍）I like it.
教讀pretty。有節奏地用升降調朗讀：Pretty,pretty,.It’s very pretty.
③教師再呈現一條色彩豔麗的skirt，標價15元，問學生：
T:Is this skirt pretty?
Is it colourful?
待學生回答後，教師總結：The skirt is pretty and colourful.
操練：學生試用“colourful,pretty”來描述衣物及周圍物品，嘗試用上句子：I like…/This …is…/It’s…/Look at…It’s…。
(2)教授“cheap,expensive”並用它們評價衣服和物品的.價格。
①教師指著剛才那個標價20元的連衣裙問學生：
T:How much is this dress?
Ss:It’s 20 yuan.
T:Oh,it’s only 20 yuan.It’s very cheap.
教讀cheap，並讓學生找出其中的字母組合ea，T:Here ea is pronounced as /i:/,give more examples:tea,meat,teacher.
有節奏地朗讀：Cheap,cheap.It’s cheap.
教師指著那條15元的短裙說：
T:This skirt is pretty and colourful.It’s 15 yuan.Is it cheap?
引導學生說：Yes,it’s cheap,too.
②教師再指著那件標價98元的漂亮黑色襯衫問學生：
T:How much is that pretty shirt?
Ss:It’s 98 yuan.
T:Is it cheap?
學生可能會回答：No.教師順勢說：No，it’s not ’s expensive.(教師在說時重讀加粗傾斜部分，形成反差，強調expensive)，引出expensive，並分解教讀單詞：ex-pen-sive,expensive.有節奏地朗讀：Expensive, expensive.It’s expensive.
可以開火車練讀。

C.合作學習
學生在小組內練讀單詞：一名同學讀，其他同學邊聽邊指著課本上相應的單詞（如果聽出讀的有錯誤，及時幫助糾正）這樣進行完一輪後，再換另一名同學讀單詞，如此輪換。目的是透過小組內成員間輪流讀輪流聽，達到互相學習、互相糾正的效果。
三、Practice
1.看口型猜單詞。教師只做口型不發音，.學生猜單詞。然後請一學生做口型，其餘學生猜。
2. Who’s missing?
教師每次出示三張單詞卡片，讓學生觀察2秒鐘，然後再快速出示其中兩張，讓學生搶答哪個單詞失蹤了？比比觀察力和記憶力。
3. Practise“How much is it?”
(1)遊戲：貴還是便宜？
利用學生熟悉的“幸運52”的遊戲方式，讓學生猜測商品（衣服的實物或圖片）的價錢，具體做法如下：
① 出示一件colourful dress，並事先預設好其價格為￥400，問學生：
T:What’ that?
Ss:It’s a dress.
T:How about that dress?/Is it colourful?
Ss:It’s colourful./Yes,it is.
T:How much is that colourful dress?
讓學生來猜測其價格。當學生把價格說得低於400元時，教師就說：It’s too cheap.反之就說：It’s too expensive.以此來鞏固新授單詞。當學生最後說出了正確的價格（400元）後，教師亮出價格標籤並說：Oh,it’s very expensive,very expensive!並讓學生跟讀。
②出示一條pretty skirt，並預設其價格為￥300，教師用以上方法讓學生猜，再次鞏固Very expensive,very expensive!
③出示第三件商品——一件yellow shirt，預設價格為￥12，教師問：
T:What’s this?
Ss:It’s a yellow shirt.
T:How much is this yellow shirt?
當學生猜到其價格後，肯定會大吃一驚，這時教師就說：Very cheap! Very cheap!
(2)Let’s chant
教師將上述三件衣服的圖片和相應的價格標籤貼在黑板上，並出示遊戲的結果，即出示Let’s chant中的文字，然後播放磁帶，讓學生聽、跟讀、說唱。
四、Consolidation
小組合作：教師先進行示範表演，教師扮演售貨員，學生扮演顧客，適當新增內容進行對話表演。如：
A:How much is this sweater?
B:It’s 40 yuan.
A:It’s pretty/cheap/colourful.I’ll take it./I want this lamp.
B:OK.Here you are.
A:Thank you.
