北京自考水平考試以及聽力考試相關說明
課程性質：《水平考試（一）》聽力部分是高等教育自學考試英語專業基礎課考試計劃中的一門必修課。總體水平相當於普通高等院校英語專業專科一年級結束時的聽力水平。
課程要求：
1. 能聽懂語速較慢的、以標準英美音發音的一般日常生活會話應答與基本問答、日常生活情景單組對話，以及一般背景小短文與日常生活情景片段對話。
2. 以常見句型表述，詞彙量要求在3000個詞以內。
學習書目：《英語聽力》（上下冊），何其莘等編寫，外語教學與研究出版社，1999年版。
考試安排：考試時間共20-25分鐘左右，滿分100分，共分三部分。每個問題答題時間為12秒。各題型均只讀一遍。
題量及分值
Part A 10個小題，每小題2分， 共20分
Part B 20個小題，每小題3分，共60分
Part C 10個小題，每小題2分，共20分
題型說明
Part A：一般日常生活會話情景反應與基本資訊詢問。
Part B：一般日常生活單組對話理解， 辨別理解對話雙方或一方內容的基本含意、表層資訊，推斷潛在資訊，以及進行簡單數字運算。
Part C：本部分一般由一篇小短文與一段情景片段對話組成，每段設計5個問題。 小短文內容涉及一般背景的文化、歷史、社會生活；情景片段對話為日常生活內容。

10月24日起，全市13萬自考生迎來10月自考。在連續兩個週末，他們將步入19個考區的'2310個考場參加考試。這是記者從北京教育考試院獲悉的。
此次考試共開考101個專業的391門課程。6個考區的9所監獄考點的服刑人員也將參加考試，2位體障生將在特殊考場內參加考試。
北京教育考試院自考辦相關負責人表示，今年繼續貫徹“和諧考試”的組考理念，努力為考生創造安全舒適、公平公正的考試環境。利用現代通訊工具實施有組織、有預謀的集體舞弊行為依然是防範和打擊重點。
市自考辦在日前召開的全市組考會上強調，各區縣自考辦要做好考試突發事件應急預案，考點校要做好監考老師的考前培訓，助學單位要加強考生考前教育。市自考辦屆時將組織多支巡視隊伍，並使用遠端電子巡查系統，對考場加強巡視、監管；對考場、考點周邊環境清查和監控，發現可疑跡象及時處理，遏制和嚴厲打擊各種形式的考試違規行為。
據悉，為防控甲型H1N1流感，市自考辦要求考生每場考試進場前填寫健康狀況卡。該卡由北京教育考試院設計，上有考生姓名、准考證號、聯絡電話、身體狀況、體溫等專案。考生可在查詢考試通知單時從網上下載。考生要如實填寫，並簽字對所填寫內容的真實性負責。
考試期間，市自考辦將設定兩部舉報電話，分別是82837405、82837200，有專人值班，考生如發現有違考試公平的現象可立即舉報。（記者：任衛軍）
本週末將迎來10月自考，北京教育考試院自考辦相關負責人提醒考生，考試結束前30分鐘才可離開考場。
根據教育部檔案規定，考生交卷離場時間為考試結束前30分鐘。這意味著，在大部分150分鐘的自考課程考試中，考生如想提前交卷，要在開考120分鐘後才可提出申請。
申請提前離場的考生，要將答卷及答題卡反扣在桌面上，再舉手提出離場，經監考員允許後才準離開。需要注意的是，考生一旦離開考場，不能再進場續考，也不能在考場附近逗留。北京教育考試院相關負責人表示，調整交卷離場時間，目的在於進一步規範考試管理，為考生創造公平公正、安全舒適的考試環境。
在今年4月自考中，曾出現個別考生拿著火車票參加考試的情況；還有些考生因飲食不當出現嘔吐或拉肚子的情況。該負責人提醒考生，考試當天不要安排其他事務，考前要注意飲食，保證身體健康，以免因提前離場違規。首次參加考試的新生，也要提前瞭解這一變化，做到心中有數，控制好答題時間。
除要注意離場時間變化，自考辦還提醒考生謹記另外4個時間點：考前20分鐘考生持准考證、有效身份證件進入考場；開考訊號發出後，考生才能開始答題；開考15分鐘後，考生不得進入考點；考試結束訊號發出後，考生要立即停筆。
據悉，10月自考全市將有13萬考生在19個考區參加40餘萬科次的考試。考試於本月24日、25日、31日和11月1日進行。
