關於個人能力的英語面試
HR在英語面試環節，如果要考察求職者的個人能力，通常都會考如下這類題目，你們做好應答的準備了嗎?
What is your greatest strength?你的最大長處是什麼?
I manage my time perfectly so that I can always get things done on time.我極懂分配時間，因此總能準時完成任務。
I suppose a strong point is that I like developing new things and ideas.我想我有一個優點就是喜歡創新。
I can take on jobs that bother other people and work at them slowly until they get done.我能承擔別人認為煩惱的工作，然後慢慢努力，直到把工作完成為止。
What are your weak points?你的缺點是什麼?
When I think something is right， I will stick to that.Sometimes it sounds a little stubborn but I am now trying to find a balance between insistence and compromise.
